Cancellations Refund

Cancelling a Session
To cancel a session, follow these steps:
Open the Spond app.
Navigate to the session.
Tap on the 'Decline' button.

Refund Eligibility
All sessions cancelled 4 days or more before the start time are eligible for a refund (minus Spond fees).
Sessions cancelled with less than 4 days’ notice will be refunded (minus Spond fees) if someone else takes your spot.
If you cancel with less than 4 days’ notice and no one takes your spot, you will not be refunded.
All refunds must be requested within 4 weeks of the session date. Refunds requested after this time will not be processed.

Refunds
Refunds are issued for the payment amount minus Spond processing fees (currently 2.5% + £0.20)
Example: Payment £7.50 → Fees £0.19 + £0.20 = £0.39 → Refund £7.11.

Refund Request
To request a refund, email play@cometspickleball.com with the following information:

Subject: Refund
Your name
The name of the session you cancelled (i.e. Monday Night Competitive Play)
The date of the session you cancelled
Your bank account number and sort code

Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed as a batch, once a week.
